Hello,
I have been losing chickens to URTI- especially my young ones. I submitted a body to the Virginia Tech animal hospital and the results came back as Pseudomonas infection. From what I am reading, this explains everything I have endured including high mortality with my young birds and it being worse when it gets wet and humid. It says it is susceptible to Gentamycin and Im working with my vet. Couple questions, how can i control this in future and how do I start decontaminating my environment (bleach?) or ?
Thanks in advance,
Crazy chicken mom
