puffed and swallowen chicken face

one of my hens had a little cut in her face around her mouth and for a while it seemed to heal but today it started looking like this and i tried to put a injury cream and rose water cuz it seemed to help last time but it doesnt seem to this time, please help!!

i think i found iut why, it was probably mites
ive sprayed her down and it seems to have stopped!
