puffed up and not eating or drinking much

I have a 12 week old easter egger who's looking puffed up, was previously very skittish and now barely moves around. She's not eating or drinking much. Ive had her separated with a heat lamp and on corid water for the last 48 hours with not much improvement. Her poop looks normal except for it being more watery than normal. I thought I saw some red in a few of her poops yesterday. I'm syringe feeding corid water since she's not drinking much. Any ideas or suggestions? I am tempted to let her out and graze a bit just to see if that perks her up at all.
