Puffed up chick. I've read the possible causes. Stocking a first aid kit. Advice.

As long as she is eating and drinking, that is good. Some recommend buttermilk with a little cooked rice to soothe the bowel, and give probiotics. If she seems cold you could continue to keep her warm. It might be best to get her back with her same age chicks to remain in the pecking order, but a wire dog crate would be good to separate without problems. If she perks up, I would put her back with them. I don’t know why some countries do not make amprollium available easily.

Thanks so much. She seems much better. She pooped a couple of more times, one was really wattery and smelled like urine, the next was just 'mushy'....she has been walking around the house a bit and calling for company. She really does feel like skin and bones, I picked up her flock mates and they all feel physically healthy. She acted normal, always running and going just like the rest until this morning. I'm going to keep babying her for today and hope for the best. I have a cat crate I may place her in to sleep in the coop as long as she isn't a risk to the rest of the flock.

I can order corid from Amazon.com even though it isn't available to me in Canada and I think I will do just that.

I also bought her some plain Greek yogurt so I hope that helps.

Is she a risk to the rest of the flock?
