Puffing up, clucking, and growling but no staying on eggs.

I've had lots of Brodie's and this is a hen who went broody about 5 months ago, hatched and raised chicks then went back to normal egg-laying. Now she is doing all the broody signs again. She stayed on the best for a day then roosted at night. She puffed up and growled while on the roost. What's wrong with her?

I had one of my hens do this last summer, she would puff up at everything and cluck and growl but wouldn't sit on the nest. I still don'thave any idea what was wrong with her

some of my hens will sit in the nest box after they layed their eggs and make strange noises. Then they will get out.

She's probably going broody again.
