Puffy eyes in ducklings!

I i recently bought 2 Pekin ducks and they are about 2 weeks old! i was wondering if it’s okay for their eyes to look like this? i can add more pics if you guys need but help!

That is just their lower eyelid, normal. However, I do see their panting, whats the temperature in their brooder?

about 90 but i was told to take them out more and not use the heat lamp as much?

90 is way too hot, lower it down to 80, at the most.

also one of my ducks seems less... hyper? than the other. she eats and drinks water and she does walk perfectly fine but it seems like she would rather play sitting down. sometimes my other duckling gets up and chases her she just sleeps a lot and would rather be lazy.
