3.5 y/o silkie, woke up w balloon puffy crop 5 days ago, started monistat
(1 ml/2x day) that night, concluded her 4th day of treatment today and doesn’t seem to have affected results per my previous experiences, tho its is down. Have been feeding egg mostly with probiotics or kefir, ACV water, just set out her pellets wet & dry.

Hungry but eating is down a bit, mostly bc her crop puffs back up. Not as much as start date and goes down but seems only to reduce to the same amount which is still big. Was laying previously, typically a big eater (always a full, tight crop at night) poops are runny- clear thick liquid (mucous looking) & green solid. Was last wormed 8/24 with zermectin gold. I am changing feed bc of availability, started 3 wks ago, currently at 1 part new, 3 parts old. No one else is having trouble.

Last night i gave her an extra dose of monistat7, thinking on keeping that up(so 3 per 24 hrs). Good idea? Is there something else I can give her that would be a better option at this point? That I could get over counter. Or what would be my next step?

I have acidified copper sulfate, Safeguard, amoxicillin here and some natural de-wormer & nystatin on its way (not sure how long it will take).

Appreciate anything you can help with.
Thank you so much!

Possibly a crop massage or maybe even a crop bra? It sounds more like a *possible* blockage or slow down than a yeast infection.. though that may be where yeast infections start.

Have you already checked out the following article..

Hope you find more answers and she recovers quickly! :fl
Thank you. Yes, I have checked that out. I have been massaging, it gurgles, but will do more with coconut oil. I just checked, seemed bigger/puffier, think she was just drinking water.
