I have 3 10 wk olds that I am treating for cocci with sulfadimethoxine for approximately 48 hrs now. The one pullet who was the sickest needed to be warmed with a heating pad for the last threee nights all night long. She seems to be better but her crop is puffy and filled with something soft. I thought her digestive system had shut down but she has pooped. None of them are doing that well but they are doing better. Any ideas on the pullet with the puffy crop would be greatly appreciated.
edit: all she has eaten is a little peach and peach juice and h2o and medicine
