Are these purebred, AKC registered and come with papers?

I have the papers on the female but in order to get the papers for the male the guy wanted 1100 bucks so I got him without papers. they are purebred and will get a complete vet exam and first shots and wormed. parents are small. If you want papers for both there is a lady in saugus,ma. that always has pups for $1000 but I think shes like a puppy mill constant supply of pups.
