Pulled a muscle? walking strange after dustbathing?

I saw the one of our 7 wk old was taking a dust bath today. She was really getting into it, almost flipping herself over. When she was done she walked away crouched low to the ground and kind of chirping like something was hurt. I picked her up and everything looked fine. She walked around like this for a while then laid down. Right before I left the run she got up normal and ran around. Can the pull a muscle when they dust bathe? I was worried for a bit.

Fine as can be now. These are our first chickens so it's all new to us
