Polyvisol vitamins work wonders for wry neck. Just a couple drops down the beak a few times a day and you should notice improvement in 24 hours or so. I put the drops in my hand and lead their beak to it and they drink the vitamins. So much easier this way.

If you don't want to spend 17.99 for Poly-V-Sol (that's the price here - outrageous!) you can buy just plain vitamin D in the same dropper packaging for adults. I paid $6.99 and it does not have iron. Exact same ingredients as Poly-V-Sol. I would have got the baby drops if it said no iron on the packaging. It did not. I didn't want to risk it, so I searched the area with vitamins. Glad I did!

Oh my! That's expensive! I wouldn't buy it then either.

I just bought my last bottle on eBay for a total of $9.00. It's roughly $8.00 at the store here. I saved in gas and it was delivered. I buy the polyvisol without iron. I should switch to a generic brand to save money.

I use polyvisol only on the chicks in their water for the first 2 months or so and I'll have some for emergencies. I have a cabinet full of first aid goodies for the flock. The vitamins are one of my miracle workers! I like giving it in the chicks waterer for a healthy start.

I don't know why it was so highly priced.. even the generic brand was over $15.

Now that I think about it, the brand name wasn't Poly-V-Sol but was D-V-Sol and it didn't have all the multivitamins that Poly has. There was no Poly-V-Sol. How fast does Amazon ship? I have a terrible case of Wry neck in one of the girls in my original pet flock.

That seller has 2 for $15 and not 1 for $9 now. I just bought it a couple weeks ago for my new hatch. It took about 3-4 days for it to arrive. I did get it on eBay with free shipping. I've boughten it through Amazon as well in the past. I look to see where ever its the cheapest. I'll probably look for generic online next time. It's the same ingredients.

Thanks. Called another pharmacy and they don't even carry the multivitamin.

What is the vitamin in it that helps with wry neck? Is there any other way to get that vitamin into the chicken without the poly-v-sol? Can you crush up actual adult multivitamins and add to water/food?
