she was the healthy one when the other two got coccidiosis and now she looks gaunt-weak-pale-and shes hanging he wing- I found her being trampled by the other pullet so i took her out to her own cage-now i noticed she has a big limp right by where her wing goes to her body and then up to her back bone and towards her neck-i took her temp its 106 and shes in my pocket-Im worried i dont know what to do----i have already had two chicks die today shortly after they were born(incubator was too hot and because of my ignorance i didnt know i was supposed to take them out right away)-

I gave her the aanticocci med with the others
her poop is green and white and loose
she is thin
she has ruffled feathers

edit to add:I also have been feeding electrolytes and probiotics to all 3
I just fed her a bit of raw deer hamburger and oatmeal and sugar and milk

How old is she? 106 is normal temp for a new chick. Do you have any Poly-Vi-Sol liquid vitamins? I think vitamin A or B (one of them) deficiency can cause ruffled feathers, weakness. Dark green leafy things like kale and mustard greens have lots of B vitamins. Sorry I can't be of more help. Sorry about your other losses today.

Could she have been injured? Could her wing have been caught somewhere and sprained?

A photo would help immensely.
>Giving meat is a bad idea with cocci challenge...especially raw.

>cook the oatmeal in water (NOT milk) >mix JUST enough through her chick starter to make it clump together... you can add wheatgerm oil to that and also a supplement like aviacharge 2000

>Stop giving milk and sugar.

>How long have you been giving the electrolytes?
Is the bird panting then or other reason to think it is dehydrated? (Giving electrolytes when it is not necessary can cause problems)
