I've got a 10 week old pullet that was attacked by a rooster no bad wounds a little wound around her comb but seems like now her eyes are swollen shut she eats and drinks as long as you put it in front of her Poo looks healthy she not moving around much

Separate her and a friend for company with food an water. Watch to make sure her friend does not peck her. Keep her near food and water, and you might try adding water to a small bowl of her feed, and dipping her beak to show her where it is. Offer her som chopped eggs daily, and add soem poultry vitamins and probioics to the water. If there is drainage or crust in the eyes, clean them with saline, and apply either Terramycin eye ointment from the feed store or plain Neosporin twice a day to the eyes.
