pullet crested polish getting head feathers picked...

i have a 10 week old crested polish with other 10 week old pullets and her head feathers keep getting picked at and she is balding on top.
anyway to stop this?

I began noticing this with our large chickens were about the same age. They started to peck the mature small bantams. We now separate them...of course yours are same size etc. I 'll read the replies to you for more info..
