Pullet Egg Size and Quantity?

Will a pullet ever switch from laying a teeny pullet egg to a full-sized one and back again? I'm trying to figure out who is laying and when. I rarely catch my girls in the nest. Either I have a girl who layed a full-sized egg every day for 9 days and then two eggs on the 10th day or I have a girl whose size fluctuates. Thoughts?

They can fluctuate. Some do go to full size quickly. Others gradually increase in size. And some lay double yokers one day and small eggs the next. Individuals have different schedules.
