Is normal to find smeared blood on pullet eggs?

Incase it matters I checked each pullets rear for blood didnt see any.

Yeah, fairly common.
As long as there's not a copious amount of blood on the pullet's behind or in the nestbox I wouldn't worry about it too much.

The last few days there has been an egg on the floor they have been slender this time it was wider.
