Pullet going after cockerel?

hi all,

Still a chicken newbie, so I was hoping you could tell me if this is normal or abnormal behavior? This is one of our BO pullets (13 weeks) going at our RIR cockerel (14 weeks). She even pecked at him and drew blood.
