Pullet has odd neck movement

I have 8 Langshan and 4 maran 2 1/2 month old flock. We just moved them outside to their coop and noticed one Langshan's neck seems floppy. It can lift it up and it seems to flop from side to side and also turns sort of upside down. Otherwise it is ok, walks and chirps and the rest are fine. Any ideas what could be wrong? I raised chickens and turkeys for years and never saw anything like this. Help

Did this behavior just start? Any chance you can post some pictures or a video?

Edit: I had a cockerel with what sounds like a similar behavior, and I treated it with vitamin e supplements and poly-vi-sol at the advice of members on this board. The cockerels head could be okay, but could also swing upside down and he would run in circles backwards until either I straightened his neck out or he got it straight on his own. The treatments were seemingly effective over time, but he ended up becoming prey to an invading predator at one point so I never got to find out if he would be normal with enough treatment or not.

We are not sure how long it has been doing it. It was fine when we got the day old chicks mid May. Noticed nothing when moved to 24" x36" cage. With 12 in there we never saw it until we took them out one by one to try and sex them and move to outside coop. Thinking back I did notice one of the two black ones always hanging out in the far back corner sleeping alone, just have been this one so I guess it has been two of so weeks ago. I am going to bring it back into a small cage. Got some electrolyte powder to add to water for vitamin e. Have ordered some caplets with E and selenium.At this point, whatever it is , is just this chick or the others would show it too. Rest are all normal. So time will tell. It will just not go to the fall fairs with the others. Thanks for the advice.
