Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell tonics from the feedstore can be good to treat, and contain vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, and amino acids. Encourage fluids, give her some raw or cooked egg, plain yogurt, and feed mixed with a little water. Has she always been like this? Chronic coccidiosis or worms could be possible problems. Has she laid an egg, or could she be egg bound? You can insert a finger into the vent an inch or so to check for that. Look at her skin all over and around the vent for tiny bugs--lice or mites. A vet may be good to check her out.
