Pullet laying jumbo eggs

One of my EEs from an unknown hatchery, got them last year at a feed store, has been laying jumbo eggs since she was 4months old. She lays nearly daily and all her eggs except maybe the first couple have been over 70grams. These are all around 75g and sitting in a carton for xlarge store bought eggs. The ones in front are from the other 2 EE.

Next to the normal size EE eggs.

Only one has been a double yolker (wish I'd weighed that sucker). I've tried to hatch a few now and none make it past the first 5 days. The veins develop at one end and don't spread across the egg.
