First time posting!!!! Wohoooo!! Newbie here! We have 6 in our flock: 2 of each: Blue Plymouth Rock, Olive Egger and Black laced Red Wyandotte.

Two are looking like cockerels and are 3.5 weeks. From all the research and posts from this amazing site I’ve been reading, it’s going to be awhile until we def know. We are ok with keeping 1 roo but 2 Roos? Can’t happen. So what are your thoughts on these group pics? Picture A and Picture B. Thank you so much for all your help and knowledge!!!

A little too early to tell, but I would guess that A is a cockerel and B is a pullet. Give them a little more time to grow if possible, they may pull a surprise!

The olive egger is a cockerel. The other is a pullet. "Blue Plymouth Rocks" are a sex linked hybrid, where the pullets are solid blue and the cockerels blue barred.

This has been a fascinating experience! We are totally hooked on raising these amazing creatures! Thank you both for your input!
