The black around her feathers and her black butt fluff, if she was blue laced it would be blue around the feathers and blue fluff. She is a pretty girl though

Looks blue to me

Blue can come in different shades, ranging from so dark it's almost black to much lighter.

She is blue laced. She's just a darker shade of blue.
