Pullet or Cockerel? Speckled Sussex 12 weeks

I think you're going to get a lot of different answers on this one, so it will probably be one that takes more time.
The comb and wattles are pale, but looking at those very thick legs has me thinking it is a cockerel.
As always, time will tell.
