Pullet or cockerel, what do yall think?

Hello!
A few months ago I got two more silkie chick's. I got one (her names hibachi) and had a light brown down color, I can't remember what the breeder said the chick was going to look like. And then i got a white silkie from the same breeder. The breeder breeds to the SOP and I believe has a chocolate smooth feathered silkie. My silkie, hibachi is 4 months old she started to feather in with hard feathers instead of typical silkie feathers. I took her back to the breeders for some help on figuring out if she's a pullet or cockerel and said hibachi could be either. I personally think it's a pullet but I can't be sure. What do yall think?

I see no male specific feathering, so it's a pullet in my opinion.
