Pullet or Cockerel?

Hello everyone! I am new to keeping chickens and am looking for some insight. One of our "pullets" has been making a different sound lately than she has been before. She's a Mottled Cochin and is about 2 months old. I've attached a video of the sound (she's the black and white chicken on the left).

Does the crowing sound mean our pullet is actually a cockerel? Here is the video of her crowing:

I'll attach pictures too.
