Pullet or cockerel?

I’ve always thought this guy was a roo but now I’m beginning to doubt it. He doesn’t have nearly as large wattles as my six week olds and he’s a few months old. Thoughts?

OH OKAY. Based on the coloring it looks like a pullet. My Dominique rooster was white with black barring.
