It's still too early to tell. 8-12 weeks is really the earliest you can tell the difference. I'll say cockerel for now though.

That looks like a cockerel to me. The large comb and wattle is my sign....

Wow! What a comb at a young age. Cockerel, although it is early... I feel a pullet won't have a comb of that size for some time.
