pullet or cockerel??

I have the same question about a couple of my birds that look like yours. Mine are four months and I’m sure one is a rooster but the other one I’m not so sure. The black one is so pretty in different lighting. Purples greens and blue iridescent colors I’m hoping he is a she but I doubt I’m lucky enough.

The black one is a cockerel. I think the gray one is a pullet. I don't see any pointed saddle feathers.

They do look similar! And I agree I think the black one is a cockerel and the grey one is a pullet. It’s so much harder to tell with Ameraucanas and EE’s.
