Pullet or cockerel??

I got 4 chicks this spring and was hoping for 1 to be a Roo. Well maybe next time I’ll hope for none because I think I got two. I have one for sure and then I’m not too sure on this one. Thoughts? It’s a barnyard mix that I got from a local farm. It is almost 14 weeks old. I’m about 95% sure he’s a roo. But just wanted more opinions before I re home him to a good friend who has been wanted a rooster for her girls.
