Pullet or cockerel?

Comb is yelling boy - but no developed wattles! body seems to be girl though...any ideas?

He/she is 9 weeks old! and is a blue copper marans (?)

Hmm, pinkish but still yellow tips and the wattles aren't too noticeable...I'm on the fence.

Based on my limited knowledge, Im going with a Pullet

Looks like a pullet. Marans boys comb early. You can usually tell by 5 weeks.
