Pullet or cockerel?!

This sweet baby has me STUMPED. Just the weirdest chicken that almost never sits still (hence the pictures). They are an easter egger I believe, roughly 9-10 weeks old. Good size and color comb, some irradescent feathers, but everything 3lse is screaming hen to me. Any input is appreciated! The other roos her age and breed are bigger, crowing, and their tails are wayyyy different than this one's. Anywho- Elvis or Magpie?

That is funny, I was thinking pullet. I would have expected the comb to be bright red if it was male.

I say Elvis, looks real similar to my easter egger cockerel at that age.
