Pullet or Cockerel?

There are some free roaming chickens in my area and one of them had all these babies of different colours, can’t really tell what breeds or if they are all her babies. All I know is I saw her with her babies on April 29. So I assume they hatched few days before.
From the four chicks I rescued that night after a heavy rainstorm only one survived.

It is now 10 weeks past.

A few people that has visited me keeps saying it’s a cockerel because it has a comb, a “big comb” for a girl. But they are comparing it to Brahma hens. The chickens I see walking around my front yard are not Brahma, they are something else and mixed, all have combs, some chickens have bigger combs than others, and the roosters have huge combs. 🐓

I would like some help identifying the gender if possible, please.🙏
I know it is a mixed breed, I know for certain the legs have this green olive color and it always had a standing straight tail.

Added 2 picks I took of the hen with the baby chics with her. (Date: April 29, 2024.)

That's a cockerel
Hi! Can you please share to me how you come to this result and teach me how?

Besides the comb which looks a bit orange with yellow on top. It is a mixed breed, no idea the kind.
I ask because I been watching several videos and they were saying cockerels grow tails late and they are curved down like a bear claw, do not have tails with straight feathers. Mine grew a straight tail early with round tip feathers.

I'm going by how big and how much color the comb has for that age.
