Pullet or Cockerel?

I have a 13 week old Easter egger that I thought was a pullet 🐥 She hasn’t shown any suspicious behavior but her back feathers have me worried Smudge is a cockerel 😅

What do you think?

He's definitely a cockerel. See that big red comb? That's your first indication. The red shoulder patches are also a dead giveaway. The feathers you pointed out, the silvery ones coming in by his tail, are male-specific saddle feathers, and that confirms he's a boy.

I was hoping ignoring the warning signs would have Smudgie stay a lady 😅😂
 
Oh I can relate to that! My poor Constable turned out be a he rather than a she!!
I really wish roosters would just easily get along 🫠 we’ve got 10 split in 3 groups already and we really can’t have more 😅 they just have the most hilarious personalities 😄
