Pullet or cockerel

*After seeing him tonight in-person absolutely no doubt it's a little roo. The tail feathers, we're already swooping, coloring was all over the place (already had blue/green feather throughout). And spurs that were beyond what you'd see on a pullet at this age Though he was stunning and very sweet, we cannot have roos where I live 😔

Do not be so fast to believe that. Pullets, especially Easter Eggers, often grow tail feathers that appear to be sickles at first, but that is because their body is not done shaping the feathers yet. What do you mean blue/green feathers? Black sheens different colors, like blue, green, silver and violet, on both genders. Those spurs look very tiny, and even females can have very long spurs. I have a Welsummer hen who has spurs longer than some of my rooster's.

That is not exactly your bird's color. We need a picture. There is a color variety that only females can have that looks almost exactly like your chicken in question, and that is why we need a picture, because your chicken might actually have that female-specific color.
