Pullet or Cockerel?

This chicken is about 13-14 weeks of age. It has a playful and energetic personality.
 
Photo is a little washed out so I can't discern level of redness in comb and wattles. Looking rooster-ish to me though. Do you have a photo where we can see the saddle area?

Edit: whether or not it is a Leghorn would dramatically impact my assessment. Based on what I'm seeing on Leghorns in this age range, this one seems underdeveloped for either sex...

Someone else will know better than me, but yes! Leghorns should have yellow legs and beak, so this is a mix of some kind (could still include Leghorn I think, but means the overall development may be on a different timeline). Also some red leakage in those wing feathers is also not right for a purebred, and the comb would be much much bigger at the stated age, I believe.

Those skinny, shiny feathers in the saddle area are making me more suspicious of a male. But I am not a resident expert so don't take me too seriously. I'll be awaiting further replies with you!
