Pullet or Roo?? Breed?

Alvin is a 'last to the party' type of chick. I'm leaning towards a pullet.. am I right??. And have no idea on the breed cross. Thanks for helping

Looks to be a Polish cross pullet.

I'm leaning towards pullet but mix breeds are tricky to sex. I would post again in another week or two to confirm.
