Pullet or roo?

This little guy is 7 weeks old. The father is a white favorelle mix, and the mother is either silver laced wyandotte or buff orpington or a mystery hen that was given to me (black, Rose comb, beard).

I think it may be a rooster, but after my white hen, Casper, I'm not sure. She didn't develop any sort of tail until she was 3 months old, and her brother had a huge tail at 3 weeks.

Any help is appreciated.

Cockerel whose mother is Buff Orpington. The bearded hen likely has a pea comb, Araucana I think.
