Pullet or Roo?

We acquired some chickens not sexed this year. We are new to owning chickens and have our suspicions about their sex but would like confirmation. The first is one of our light Brahmas.. you can she he/she in the solo photo but you can see how different this Brahma is than it’s mate shown in the next photo. The others are our Austrolorps they are both shown below. All of our chickens are 20 weeks old and we have yet to see any egg production so makes us wonder
