Pullet or roo?

ordered hen chicks but I've had 2 people tell me this is a roo (mottled cochin bantam)

. It's feathering out slow and the comb is a little brighter. What do you think?

Bantam are difficult to sex accurately, few places offer sexed bantam because of this. I'd lean cockerel
