What confused me is the thin legs but not always an indicator right away.......cause they can go through a growth spurt.

My experience with EEs ... brownish = pullet; greyish = cockeral. I can't see your picture very clearly but I'm voting pullet. That's my opinion, for what it's worth. (I have experience with exactly 10 EEs so far ....

She/He is a Mix mutt EE her father is a Barred Rock, her mom is a Solid white EE but her/his feathers are brown/black/Yellow , she use to look like a chip munk, but her lines have gone away slowly as she feathered out.
