Pullet or Roo?

Is there a way to tell if a 18 week old is a hen or a rooster? I was supposed to have gotten 3 started Austalope pullets but one of them is crowing every morning and none are laying yet. I realllllly dont want a rooster!

If you think your hearing a crow,thats probably not a good sign if you dont want a rooster. There is a BIG difference between hen noise and the crow. I ended up with 4 last year,by the time 4 months rolled around I suspected that I had at least 3.BIG TIME BUMMER

Here is a picture of my Australorp roo....I had 4 of these and 5 BR roos...(NOT planned)

and then a pic of my Australorp pullet...which does yours resemble the most?

Notice the feathering difference, comb, wattle...and the crowing, not a good sign, sorry!
