Got this Blue copper maran at 3 weeks old, the woman I got her from swore it was a pullet, I was a bit iffy, it was the only one left. I asked her 2 more times before I left..."Oh yes its a pullet it has girl written all over her." Well three days back I picked her/him up and low and behold LOOK at those wattles at 5-6 weeks! I have been searching BYC on marans they say the girls may look like boys and the boys delicate like girls not to give up till you get an egg or a crow. He/she was very delicate looking, not tree trunk legs, small pink pea comb...long story short, is there a chance it is a girl??
