Pullet or Rooster? Ameraucana

Wondering if this is a Roo or Pullet. Was offered this chicken by another person, since I "have chickens" but I don't know this breed and I don't want a boy. Around 12 weeks old.

Supposed to be an Ameraucana. I would love some feedback.

For the future, any time you see that red shoulder pattern on a bird, it's going to be a cockerel. This bird is 1000% cockerel--I don't know that I've ever seen such a good example of the red-shouldered male feather pattern!

Haha! Thanks for all the help. Glad to know this before my soft heart took him in. We live in the suburbs and I don't want to give folks a bad impression of keeping chickens, so I choose to only keep hens.
