Pullet or rooster.

Ordered Araucana chicks that were supposed to be all pullets. Think this might be a rooster. He is 9 weeks old in this picture.

Please help. I already have 4 roosters. Thanks.

Definitely looks like a cockerel, and he is a mixed breed. Most hatcheries/feed stores sell Easter Egger mixes as Araucana/Ameraucana.

EE cockerel x2, again all hatcheries don't only sell EE, there are a couple that sell true Amaracanas.

Indeed, that's why I say most I know a few do sell the true Ameraucanas, and offer Easter Eggers separately, Araucanas are a different story altogether, though, at least the US type, they are just too tricky to breed consistently, I guess.
