Pullet pale comb and face

I’ve noticed today that my 16 week old pullets comb and face seems a bit pale compared to usual. She seems to be acting normal and is eating and drinking but I’m just a bit worried. She’s my baby and I tend to worry over the slightest things. Do you think she could have something wrong with her?
First pictures are from 3 days ago and the others are today.

Why is she wet? Any other symptoms?

It was raining so she got a bit wet from it and no other symptoms from what I can tell. Just the pale comb and face.
