Pullet pecking question

Hi all, what started as one pullet pecking my red sex link, now a few others are doing it too. I felt bad leaving her out there in the coop tonight.

I read that it may help to leave all the aggressor pullets in the run and let the one being hurt free range for them to see? Has anyone does this before and had it help the situation? No blood yet but I am worried what the poor girl will look like in the morning. I am watching as best as I can on the coop cam. They seem to be sleeping now atleast.

I'm not sure that's such a good idea. Chickens can get extremely jealous, and if they see her getting something they're not, it might make the behavior worse. I would put some pine tar in the places they are pecking her. Chickens hate the taste, and once they get some in their mouths, the behavior will stop.
