Thanks. She is an elderly, deaf dog that was found we took it. That dog is a sound sleeper.
Here is the nutcase of the group. She doesn’t like the lab or any other dog

Also someone here posted a video last week that was genius.
They used a bent wire clothes hangar to make a chicken catcher. Caught them by the foot.
You could also make one and attach it to the end of a broomstick.

Update: I can't find her. I borrowed the ladder and poked around but didn't see her. Then I looked again when I got home from work, but no dice. It was starting to get dark, though, so maybe she hunkered down again. I checked in the coop, hoping, but there are only seven. Bummed, but still hopeful.

Morning update--she's home safe and sound! This morning when I went to open the coop, the little miscreant was about seven feet up in the hedge, clucking away at me. I climbed back up and got her. She is not even slightly cuddly, so she was freaking out until she saw the food. The others greeted her nonchalantly. Margie the Miscreant is now her full name. Thanks for the good wishes everyone!

So glad she's back! Some birds like the outside roosting, and they do get picked off by predators at night. She may decide to stay in after this, or not. Is she at the bottom of the pecking order? Plenty of roosting space? Some other issues in the coop? You might never know...
There's no way I'd risk my neck on a ladder 18' up! If she flew in your face, it would be bad! At least get a fish net with a long handle so you're not that high, and try chasing her down at dark.
