Pullet that's suddenly lethargic and keeping eyes closed

Good morning! I am hoping someone can help me with a couple questions..I have 3 cochin pullets all 10 weeks old. Last weekend one had bloody stool but all were behaving normally. I suspected coccidia and started treating them with sulfadimethoxine on Monday (I couldn't find any corid). Yesterday was their last treatment day. This morning one of them is lethargic and fluffed, keeping her eyes closed, her stool is watery and yellowish. All were completely normal yesterday. Thoughts? Should I continue to treat for coccidia?
