Pullet throwing up water

My runty little pullet threw up some clear liquid, I’m assuming it was water, a lot of it too, then she seems totally fine
This has only happened once, something to worry about?

if it doesn't smell bad then she'll be fine, sometimes the water just doesn't make it down all the way

I didn’t smell what she threw up but her crop and the rest of her smells normal

Sometimes they may spit up water if they have been drinking a lot.

I'd check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink for several mornings just to be sure the crop is emptying.

She did just slurp up some water before this happened
