I found one of my pullets laying on the ground the other day. She got attacked by a predator but did not die. This morning i noticed that she cannot lift her head/neck. Is there anything which can be done to help her? Or is she like this for the rest of her life.

She walks and she can move her head left and right but she can not lift it she tries to eat.

Can not feel anything out of place, she does not like it when i touch her neck she stumbles backward. She was attacked a day ago.

What kind of a predator attacked her? Mammalian or avian? Have you done a thorough visual exam to search out any lacerations or puncture wounds? These wounds are much more likely than broken bones, and can easily become infected.

If she cannot eat, she needs to be hand fed and likely tube fed food and fluids. She also should be treated for shock which can mimic paralysis and produce balance issues. Give her a cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar mixed in and a pinch of salt and baking soda. Have her drink it all day today. Make more if she drinks the first cup.

She may also just be very, very sore, with strains and sprains. Those can take a fair amount of time to heal. Some predators will shake them violently, which can cause unseen injuries. You can try putting a rolled up towel under her head/neck to give her some support, that may make her more comfortable, you can do the same on her sides to help support her body. If she can't eat and drink on her own, you will need to do that until she can.
